Responsible for providing guests with friendly, prompt, and efficient food and beverage service at the golf course.
Supervision is received from the Manager: Golf Course.
Respond to guests in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
Prepare food products for sale and sell pre-packaged foods.
Set up outside buffets and special events.
Sell and serve alcoholic beverages.
Responsible for beverage cart duties, including stocking and cleaning.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Follow all health and safety requirements.
Work a cash register, and be accountable for daily sales.
Maintain and exhibit knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the CoHo•Services Employee Handbook.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cash handling and food service experience.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
