Join neighbors and community members in an evening of education and outreach. Wednesday, August 16th, Guest Lecturer, MD, MPH, Stewart Decker, Medical Director of Sky Lakes Wellness Center will be providing insight on The Science of Intermittent Fasting and Ketogenic Diets.

Following the lecture, guests are welcome to hors d'oeuvres and beverages. This lecture will be in conjunction with an ongoing Healthy Klamath initiative driven in part through Running Y Resort.
