General Manager

Hometown: Klamath Falls, OR

Jason is a native of Klamath Falls, a proud Henley Hornet graduate. He attended the University of Oregon attaining his degree in Business Management and Finance.   Upon graduation, Jason left Oregon for 30 years growing a career in retail management, new brand introductions and innovation. Jason and his wife Linda recently celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary, and have two grown children and two grandchildren. After 30 years outside of Oregon, he returned to the Basin where he purchased a property at the Running Y. Falling in love with the nature, the people, and the environment, he volunteered to help polish the brand Running Y. In November 2021 he assumed the role of General Manager and is accelerating the pace of change to make our Running Y Ranch Resort a top tier resort that will make Klamath County proud. Jason enjoys travelling with his wife, golfing, biking and loving on pups in his free time. Jason has a passion for guest experience and is determined to THRILL each and every resort visitor who choose to come to our magnificent Running Y Ranch Resort, Golf and Spa!

Christy Mullinix

Hometown: Burley, ID

Christy has been a part of the Running Y team for over 15 years and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry. She attended Boise State University for Accounting and is also a licensed Real Estate broker. She enjoys working for a company that has stuck together throughout all the changes. Christy is happily married to her husband George and they have two dogs named Rex and Roxy. In her free time, she enjoys running relays and half marathons. Most people don't know that when she received her driver's license her brother nicknamed her Parneli.

Elizabeth Fitzgerald
HOA Community Manager

Hometown: Davis, CA

Elizabeth joined the Running Y team with over three years' experience in HOA Management. Elizabeth is an Alumni of College of the Siskyous in Weed, CA and is CMCA and California HOA Law certified. After graduating, Elizabeth went on to manage over 20 different HOA communities in Redding, CA, an dshe also owned and operated her own vacation rental company based out of Mount Shasta, CA. Elizabeth, her fiance, their two children, and their cat have enjoyed getting to meet new people and build strong relationships in the Klamath Falls community. In her free time, Elizabeth explores her passions for performing and crafting by recording music and videos and trying any new craft project she can. A fun fact about Elizabeth is that she played flat-track roller derby for four years. She was team captain, and her skater name was Mizzery Bizzness!

Greg Morton
Director of Golf

Hometown: Great Falls, MT

Greg comes to us with 25+ years experience and his Bachelors of Science in Horticulture/Turf Science from Montana State University. He has worked for Powder Horn in Sheridan, Wyoming and Manito Golf and Country Club in Spokane, Washington. In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Shelley and chasing around his four boys, Miles, Caleb, Tyler and Eli on their athletic endeavors. Most people don't know that Greg qualified for Junior America's Cup, and the Big I Insurance Youth Classic in which Tiger Woods was also a contender. Needless to say, Tigers Wood’s score is better and higher than Greg’s.

George Lusk
Front Office Manager

Hometown: Allen Park, MI

George has a passion for turning an ordinary guest experience into an extraordinary one. She strives to put a smile on each guest's face from the time they arrive until they depart. She joined the Running Y team with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management and attended Michigan State University for Hospitality and University of Colorado for Human Resource Management. She has been an active member of the Assistance League for over 10 years and enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoys visiting her son in Palm Desert, California and her daughter in Dallas, Texas. George has also danced on stage with Three Dog Night during one of their performances in Aspen, Colorado.

Pam Silcox
Rooms Manager

Hometown: Klamath Falls, OR

Pam has been a part of the Running Y team for over 18 years and has been involved in the housekeeping department since 1999. Pam is a Certified Housekeeping Executive from American Hotel & Motel Association and has her Associates in Business Management. She has been involved in the community with Project Linus and as a Girl Scout Leader for 12 years. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 35 years and together they have two children named Mathew and Jennifer. Her hobbies include quilting, decorating cakes, and traveling.

Jaren Mack
Head Golf Professional

Hometown: Ukiah, CA

When Jaren isn't working at the golf course, you can most likely find him house-boating on Lake Shasta, fishing, and wine tasting. Jaren attended the Professional Golfers Career College where he received his Associate's in Business Golf Management. He is married to a beautiful nurse named Jacqueline and together they have a son named JJ and a daughter, Joliette. Jaren enjoys meeting travelers while they are on vacation and helping them create unforgettable memories. He also holds the unofficial course record at Running Y with a score of 61.0.

Joe Zannino
Executive Chef

Hometown: Wausau, WI

Joe comes to the Running Y Ranch Resort with over 11 years of culinary experience. He graduated from La Cordon Bleu in 2010 and has had the fortune of working across the globe, including his time spent in Bexhill, England, where he opened a Turkish Style restaurant.

He relocated to Klamath Falls, Oregon, for the opportunity to become the Executive Chef here at the Running Y and to take embrace the abundance of outdoor adventures in the area. When he's not working, Joe enjoys going fishing, snowboarding, and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Jennifer Deatheridge
Food & Beverage Manager

Hometown: Klamath Falls, OR

Jenn has been with the Running Y Ranch Resort team since August of 2020. She is a retired US Navy veteran who served twenty years as a Hospital Corpsman, successfully completing two combat deployments. Jenn returned to Klamath Falls after raising her three children and retiring in Southern California. She continues to serve veterans locally as an officer with the local Marine Corps League. She enjoys spending time with her family and her grandchildren. She also enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping.

Roberto Martinez
Banquet Manager

Roberto  Martinez joined the Running Y Ranch team in 2016. He came to us with over twenty-five years of experience in restaurant and hospitality.   Originally from Dayton, Washington, Roberto grew up in California and then Texas before returning to his northwest pacific roots and setline down in Klamath Falls in 2011.  He is married with two boys, Ronin & Remi.  He is proud to be a family man and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. Roberto is an avid sports fan and roots for the Seattle Seahawks every game.  Other icons he follows include Superman and Michael Jackson Fan.  One fun fact about Roberto that most people don’t know is that he once won 2nd place in a moonwalk contest when he was 12 years old.

Maintenance Manager

Tim has been with the Running Y Ranch Resort team for thirteen years and has over twenty years of building maintenance experience. Tim earned a teaching degree from Northern Arizona University and began his woodworking and maintenance career as a high school shop teacher. He left teaching to return to property maintenance and has been at the Running Y Ranch Resort ever since. Tim enjoys motorcycles and cooking meat in his home smoker on his days off.

John Lindsay
Grounds Superintendent

Hometown: Paisley, OR

John joined the Running Y team with over 16 years of experience. He has his Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and Business Administration and worked at the Eugene Country Club and Buffalo Peak Golf Course. His certifications include CCB, LCB, Commercial Pesticide Applicator and Certified Backflow Assembly Tester. He and his wife Jessica have been happily married for 16 years and together they have two sons named Coltin and Hunter. John enjoys hunting, fishing, downhill skiing, golfing, and playing basketball and baseball. He and his family spend all of their free time outdoors.

Sports and Fitness Manager

Hometown: Sonora, CA

Mindy has been a part of the Running Y team for 5+ years and comes with over 20 years of experience. She is group fitness certified and is actively involved in the Mule Deer Foundation, Special Olympics, David R. Kingsley Triathlon, and the Assistance League Christmas Tree Jubilee. Her hobbies include playing pool, horseback riding, gardening and crocheting hats for the homeless. Mindy will always keep you on your toes and even rides a 1990 Springer Soft Tail Harley Davidson.

Tatiana Kilby
Spa Manager

Hometown: Tucson, Arizona

Tatiana Kilby joined the Running Y Ranch Resort team in 2020.  She was hired on as a Licensed Massage Therapist and was later promoted to Spa Director in 2021.   Her passion for holistic wellness, health, and massage therapy attracted her to work at the Running Y and Sandhill Spa.  As Spa Manager, Tatiana hopes to enhance her therapist's training while growing the Sandhill brand amongst locals by leveraging their membership program with member discounts, special events, and VIP services.  Tatiana was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona; she became certified 15 years ago at the Desert Institute of the Healing.  She has a natural talent for healing through massage and was always called upon by friends and family for massages when she was younger.  When she's not working, Tatiana loves to sing.

Trever Wilson
First Assistant Golf Professional

Hometown: Cloverdale, CA

Trever Wilson is an accomplished golfer who played on the Lincoln High School varsity golf team and received All-League honors his sophomore, junior and senior years. After high school, he continued to play collegiate golf at Sierra College. After college, Trever turned pro playing in mini-tour events all over Northern California and still competes today. He has worked for Nike Golf, Morton Golf, and Bing Maloney. Trever is known for his calm demeanor and for making things simple. He is looking forward to a new chapter at Running Y Ranch Resort and brings his knowledge and love for the game with him.

Tammie Baker
Sales and Marketing Director

Hometown: Fremont, CA

Tammie has joined the Running Y team with 30+ years of experience in destination resort and hotel sales and marketing management. She is a graduate of Cal State East Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She is also an alumnus of two local colleges, Southern Oregon University in Ashland and the College of the Siskiyous in Weed, California. Tammie has lived and worked in the Lake Tahoe area for most of her career and has held positions with Vail Resorts, Heavenly Mountain Resort, and most recently with the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitor’s Authority. She has relocated to Klamath Falls to be close to her family that lives in the area and to pursue her passion for golf, kayaking, fly fishing, and the many winter sports activities nearby. Most don’t know that Tammie was a wildland firefighter for three summers while in college.
