Plan Ahead
We recommend scheduling your appointment before your visit. Space is limited and advance reservations are required. You may make an appointment in person, over the phone, or online.
Contraindications
Under the advisement of the Oregon State Board of Massage Therapists, guests who appear to be intoxicated or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied services. A cancellation penalty may be applied if your service is canceled due to contraindication.
Cancellations
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for individuals and 48 hours for groups of 3 or more. No shows and cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full-service price.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service price. All gratuities for service providers are at the guest's discretion.
Arrival & Attire
We ask that you plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as paperwork will be updated upon arrival and robe and slippers will be provided to you.
