- Starting at 6am on the day of the Eclipse with breakfast buffet and fun games begin to get the party started.
- An Eclipse deluxe breakfast buffet will be offered for all (price tbd). Michael Quinn and the Cherry Wine Duo will be providing music and a casual environment in preparation for the Eclipse
- Raffle prizes and recognition will happen throughout the morning time period
- Presenters from the Workshop will give brief overviews of what to expect and educate on what is actually happening when an eclipse occurs
- Time of the eclipse, we will step back and allow the audience to take in the wonders of an eclipse
- Shortly after the eclipse, the live music concert will commense with ‘Marty Combs & the High Desert Boys' and then headling the event will be ‘The Brothers Reed'
- Optomtrist will be on site to educate and bring awareness to safety when viewing an eclipse
